Click! Colours

I encountered Click! Colours during a leadership course and was thoroughly impressed. I was inspired to pursue accreditation to share this remarkable tool. What makes it stand out from other personality discovery methods is its simplicity and effectiveness, offering a unique approach without relying on questionnaires.

WHY CLICK! COLURS?

The Click! Colours help people and teams build relationships quick, by understanding what makes people tick!

They are used all over the world by companies such as Chevron, BHP Billiton, Johnson & Johnson and McDonalds to improve relationships, communication, teamwork, leadership and decision-making.

The Click! Colours Discovery Cards represent the next generation of personality tools and offer a better, faster, cheaper and easier way to help people and teams understand and value diversity in their organisations.

The Four Characters

We all have an analytical side - represented by Bert the Blue Analyser.

  • Blue represents ‘coolness’ (can be perceived as cool) and ‘quality’ (likes to get things right)

  • Triangle represents ‘sharp thinkers’ (but a bit too pointed for some people)

  • The pose represents contemplation – likes to think before acting

We all have a and organised side - represented by Gail the Green Safekeeper

  • Green represents a ‘earthy’ colour as Safekeepers are practical and ‘down-to-earth’

  • The square shape represents ‘symmetry’ and the fact that Greens can be perceived as ‘a square’

  • The pose represents being conservative and standing straight, because Greens can be perceived as ‘straight’

We all have a playful side – represented by Yuri the Yellow Player

  • Yellow represents brightness and optimism

  • The round shape represents the sun (a sunny disposition) and the fact that Yellows are often running round in circles chasing their tails and not getting things done

We all have our caring side represented by Rose the Red Safekeeper

  • Red represents warmth, caring and solidarity – think of Red Cross and communism

  • Heart represents ‘have a heart’ and enjoy conversations of the heart

  • And pose represents hugger and nurturer

  • N.B. Although the characters have male or female names this is not designed to demonstrate a correlation between sub-personalities and gender.
